Darina Markova (DARI)

Darina Markova, a 18-year-old student in the 11th grade at the American College of Sofia (ACS). Since a very young age she has been strongly related to music, playing piano and guitar, participating in multiple international and national festivals and competitions with distinctions. At the age of 13, she became a member of the cast of ACS Musical, and from 2022 she is part of the Sofia Musical Theater Academy. During the period March 2022-June 2022 she was engaged with a contract as a performing artist at Opera Plovdiv, member of the cast of "Fame the Musical" premiering in June 2022. Her passion for Musical theater also took her to attend WEST END Summer Camp in UK in 2022.

In the spring of 2023, Dari created the lyrics to her first author's single "Heart 2 Heart" and in 2024 she also released her first bulgarian author's single "ILLUSION" - in collaboration with established musicians she co-authored the music and participated in the mastering of the singles.

In addition to the creation of the singles, the talented and creative young artist bravely took over a large part of the projects. She created her own music video project, researched modern roadmaps and models of realization and marketing strategy, prepared designs of looks for the releases, took on herself significant part of the activities in the video shooting team - scenography and concept, styling and make-up.
